What next for Existing Homes and Neighbourhoods?

You are invited to the National Housing Federation’s Existing Homes and Neighbourhoods Group first annual open meeting. The day will begin with a tour of Woodberry Down regeneration scheme, led by Genesis Housing Association. Speakers will include Jeremy Kape from Affinity Sutton who will discuss the future of Decent Homes and Cathy Osbourne from Savills who will give an update on their active asset management work. In the afternoon our Chief Executive David Orr, will facilitate world café style conversations on a range of topics including ‘making the most of housing association’s assets and the future of neighbourhoods’.

This open meeting is an opportunity to hear about what the Federation is doing to support all of our members and to raise any questions or concerns as well as to network and hear about the work of the Existing Homes and Neighbourhoods national group.

There are 50 places available –  we anticipate that be event may be over-subscribed. If you are interested in attending please register by emailing me before the 15 January.
