In Autumn 2014, the Federation conducted a member satisfaction survey to find out what our members think of the service we provide: what we do well, what we could do better, and which Federation activities are most valuable to members. Overall we received 288 responses from across the membership to give us an overall ‘net satisfaction’ rate and pinpoint what we are doing well and what you are happy with. It also gave us the overall picture of what members are less happy with and what matters most to you about your Federation membership.
In responding to this survey, the Federation is committed to improving delivery in those areas which are most important to you and where you showed lower levels of satisfaction.
Our next steps will be to draw up a plan to drive our service standards in the key areas, with the view of coming back to all members in September 2015 and asking you to score us again on overall satisfaction.
